Q1:

Will there be a map of the campus provided? I have not been back to school in a while and I am afraid I am not familiar with the places and where to go for activities.
Fret not! We will have many friendly student ambassadors (FACEs) to help you around. Campus map will also be available on site.

Where can I find the list of programmes for this event?
You can find them here. Do come and join us for the activities!

REGISTRATION

Q1:

Do I need to register for this VJC Homecoming event?
No registration is required for the VJC Homecoming event, unless you are participating in specific activities, as stated in the Programme Line-up. However do register as an alumni to keep in touch!

Q2:

Do I need to pay for entrance fees or the activities?
There is no entry fee, but there are food & drinks, and merchandise available for purchase.

Q3:

For the activities that require registration, when is the deadline?
For the activities that require registration such as pickleball and floorball, do register by 31 December 2025 so we can better plan these activities.

Q4:

Do I need to bring anything to verify my identity as an alumni?
There is no need to verify your identity as an alumni. However, do join our alumni family here!

FOOD AND BEVERAGES

Q1:

What are the food and drinks provided?
There will be prata sponsored by OVA, available on a first-come-first-served basis.

Q2:

Do I need to bring money to pay for food and drinks at the event?
There will be prata provided for free by OVA (first-come-first-served) from 2.30PM.

SAFETY MEASURES AND COVID MANAGEMENT

Q1:

Will there be medical assistance on standby?
There will be an ambulance on site and first aid kits will be readily available.

Q1:

Where can I park my vehicle on the event day? Can I park in VJC? Is parking free?
Limited free parking in VJC is available on a first-come-first-served basis. When the carpark is full, please park at Marine Terrace, at the open carpark near Blocks 1 and 2. The side gate at the tennis court will be open to facilitate your entry. The tennis side gate is a short walk from Marine Terrace.

Q2:

What is the dress code for this event?
Do come in your VJC attire if you still have them! Exclusive alumni t-shirts and merchandise will be on sale online very soon. You may also purchase alumni t-shirts on the event day at our alumni booth.

For those who registered for sports and games, do come in appropriate sports gear.

Q3:

Are there designated areas for me to smoke in VJC?
Kindly note that VJC is a smoke-free campus. Smoking is prohibited campus wide to protect the students and event-goers from the harmful health effects of second-hand tobacco smoke. We thank you for your kind cooperation.
